Notre Dame's Pastoral Council exists to offer advice, guidance and consultation to the Pastor on behalf of the parishioners and parish ministries.

Finance Council
Notre Dame's Finance Council exists to aid the Pastor in general administrative matters, making decisions that effect the budget of the parish, and the reporting of parish financial statements. Meetings are held once a month. All members are appointed by the Pastor.

Building Committee
Notre Dame's Building Committee exists to offer consultation to the parish regarding construction projects from planning phase to completion, as well as the maintenance of current facilities.
